Check-in Details
  • Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out at 10:00.
  • Please be aware that our office closes at 6:00pm. If you are going to be arriving after 18:00, please phone us to make key collection arrangements.
Noise Policy

No loud noise or music that creates a disturbance or nuisance to other tenants is allowed. If a complaint is received, you will be notified. If a second complaint is received, you will be required to vacate the accommodation immediately with no reimbursement of monies already paid.

Credit Card Payments

In the event of a refund, a 10% administration fee of the amount paid will be retained for cancellations received after the card has been charged.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, the following rules shall apply:

  • More than 14 days prior to arrival: full refund.
  • 14 – 7 days prior to arrival: 50% refund.
  • 7 – 1 days prior to arrival: NO refund.
  • No shows will be charged the full value of reservation.

All cancellations must be made in writing (i.e. email, SMS or WhatsApp).
